Beautiful Property with breathtaking views

Our experience at Loblolly was everything we could have asked for in a family vacation! Plenty of space for all three active families and grandma had her own cabana which was great when she needed quiet?????. Owners were incredibly attentive when we had questions or needs. The property is breathtaking.... we even had professional family pictures taken on the property ....so many picturesque spots. No need to leave the property with so many things to do!!! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!!!!

Perfect for groups and family weekend

The property had so much to offer to entertain all age groups. The pool, paddling in kayaks, fishing, watching the fish and dolphins. The house was amazing with plenty of room for all plus a fabulous kitchen for lots of cooks to enjoy. Loved the guest house and cabana for even more space. Kids loved the toys and game room. The tree house was a favorite with the youngest family members. Everything was just way beyond our expectations! The week just went by way too fast!! We will never forget our gathering at Loblolly!! Thank you.

Wonderful place

Loblolly is a wonderful place with so much to do from water activities (paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, swimming, relaxing in the hot tub, etc.) to indoor games (arcade games, pool table, air hockey, foosball, video games, board games, etc.). The kitchen has everything except for food. The home is clean and spacious. Andrea is very responsive and has considered all that is needed to make a visit memorable. Everyone had a wonderful time from toddlers to grandparent, including tweens and teens.

Our family has vacationed at Loblolly for 5 straight years now. It is a magical place with lots of rooms, nooks and crannies to enjoy. Perfect for adults and young children alike. Sitting on the porch, watching the birds and dolphins, enjoying the sunset; it's idyllic! The house is well-stocked with everything you can imagine-- from kitchen to linens to toys. With a Fresh Market nearby, it's a great place for a large group to get together and enjoy one another.

We loved it

Everything was even better than I expected!! From the moment you drive into the property, relaxation begins!! The landscape is lush & very well maintained as well as the house. It has the feel of a cottage, but lots of space for a family! The backyard views of the Indian River are beautiful especially when blessed with the majestic sunsets. The owner was most accommodating in making sure that our stay was perfect!

Family vacation home

This was our 10th family vacation and there was agreement that this was the best home yet. The highlight was the pool. The kids walk in area was perfect for our grandkids (3 year old twins and 2 year old). The steps into the rest of the pool made for a great transition for parents. We also really appreciated the multiple buildings which gave everyone an opportunity for ‘alone time’. Home had an abundance of toys for and books for all ages from water toys to shelves with kids toys and books. Beach access with full bathroom and shower facilities was was a quick 10 minute drive. Lovely Property

Owner was most accommodating on all of our needs. Things were fixed timely if necessary! Lovely property. This was our second stay in the past 6 weeks or so. Plan to visit again in the fall!!

Great Place

We stayed at Loblolly needing a place with serene location and multiple rooms to accommodate our group of multiple couple with our kids. It was amazing! We actually did encounter a couple operational issues while there, however the owner Andrea was awesome and tended to them immediately. She was on top of everything. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets out on the boat dock pier. All around great place!
