Perfect for 10 adult guests, accommodates up to 16 with children.
We also have another property located across the road from the Retreat (Greystone Annex) rented for a flat fee in conjunction with the Retreat perfect for a family of 4-6 or 2-3 couples.
We Specialize in Family Gatherings
Great for Honeymoons, Christmas, New Years, family & friendship reunions and other celebrations. Ideal for small meetings, seminars, private retreats and conferences. Wireless internet throughout.
We welcome scrap bookers, quilters, hikers, kayakers and bicycling enthusiasts (secure garage for equipment). Beautiful cross-country skiing, snowshoe and hiking trails (over 13km groomed) with 5 new outhouses and firepits on our private 430 acre managed forest and wildlife/nature reserve.
Golf courses (3 within 15 minutes), downhill skiing, and snowboarding nearby (Blue Mountain, Talisman less than 1 hour).
Use of canoe (6 PFDs supplied). Access to neighboring harbor to dock your boat. Access to neighboring 430+ acres of private ‘managed forest / wildlife reserve’ land with over 15 km hiking trails (groomed in winter for cross-country skis and snowshoes).

Are you a member of a bicycling, kayaking, hiking or birding group in our area and looking for a place to stay as a central hub for exploring? Greystone Retreat is ideal. Private garage.
Five bedrooms each with queen size bed. 3 pull-out double couches in recreation room; 1 pull-out double couch in great room.
Additional/optional bedding: up to 4 roll away single cots or 4 sleeping pads which fit as follows: one in office off of loft bedroom; one in lower level bedroom; two in recreation room. These are suitable for children only.
Three full washrooms: Master en-suite with tub/shower combination; Main floor with tub/shower combination; Lower level with whirlpool jets tub (no shower)
Area Information :
You are welcome to explore our private 430+ acre nature reserve and managed forest with 14 km of trails on adjacent property. Please be respectful, stay on marked trails, leave only footprints, take only photos and memories. Map is supplied in your welcome package.
Entrance, with parking, opposite Greystone Retreat. All trails are created and maintained by the owners of Greystone Retreat.
NO hunting without permission and NO motorized vehicles at any time (other than snowmobiles, when posted and gates opened).
Summer activities include: swimming, fishing, boating, sailing, hiking, biking, picnics, campfires. Two golf courses within 15 minutes’ drive (many more in the area). Many natural sights nearby: caves, waterfalls, cliffs, beaches; close to the Bruce Trail.
Winter activities: snowshoe, cross-country ski and snowmobile on our trails (we groom an extra 10+ kms of trails linking directly to OFSC trails, district 9); we also have 2 great toboggan hills
Requests for additional services such as cleaning, catering, decorating for a special occasion can be arranged.
