The Penthouse units are separate from the hotel. Penthouses have private owners who self manages their units. PH601 is 1 of 4 units on the very top floor (44th) that offers 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Also, these 44th floor penthouses have access to the roof top! You will be in one of the most highest vantage points of all of Waikiki…..440feet up in the air….what a view! Ocean, Sunrise, Sunset, Mountains and metro Honolulu panoramic vistas!

Great views and location for Waikiki. A bit loud when the door was open on a weekend night.

Beautiful Property

Rick is a great host and very very reliable. I had an issue with the property before I check in and he handled it and found an alternative quickly. 100% recommending staying at his properties. If I return to Hawaii I'd definitely book with him.
